Letter from the p.o.v of an angry mother
Dear Headteacher,
My daughter has told me about her new class teacher and I am writing to tell you that I am not satisfied...Ms Ursula is not the woman I want teaching my child and I assure you, the children and mothers concur.
I must say, it was shamefully appalling when I heard about the incident in the classroom the other day. The teacher showed absolute incapacity in handling the situation. Mr Harby had to interfere, and the teacher had to be publicly corrected in front of her students! Her constant lack of discernment has been having a clearly detrimental effect on the children, it seems like she has to rely on the children to teach her, a fact that has led to them having very little respect for her, a fact that, if truth be told, is her own fault. She has never taken the slightest initiative or effort to learn the ways and rules of the school from perfectly competent and capable teachers such as Mr Brunt.
It seems like she resents the students and has nothing but hatred for them. My daughter said she can see it in her eyes. Ms Ursula is not a person my child would have as a role model, the woman can barely speak a word without floundering! Instead of learning from her fellow teachers, she persistently tries to hegemonize them. If this goes on, the future of my child and your students is in perilous jeopardy, It's utterly shameful what this school has come to. I hope you understand where I'm coming from, after all which mother would want her child's future to be ruined, just because of the foolish incompetence of a teacher. I hope this matter is resolved soon.
Sincerely,
Kaureen.
